Trillium luteum

Yellow trillium


A southern species of trillium with beautiful mottled leaves and lemon-scented flowers. This spring ephemeral adds nice texture and color to woodland gardens and can be planted in clumps or intermixed with other spring ephemerals. Like other trillium, deer love to eat the foliage of Trillium luteum.
