Rhododendron catawbiense

Catawba rosebay

Catawba rosebay is native to the southern Appalachian states. It's a popular choice among landscapers due to its evergreen foliage, bright pink flowers, and ability to grow in many conditions. Catawba rosebay is best used as a specimen plant or as a screen. However, deer browsing is a common problem.
