Moss phlox are bewitching spreaders, forming carpets of low-growing, needle-shaped leaves with short-stemmed flowers that bloom in early spring. This species thrives in average to poor soils in full sun, often seen cascading from retaining walls. 'Drummond's Pink' is bright pink and has large flowers.
