Wisteria frutescens 'Amethyst Falls'

Amethyst Falls American wisteria

American wisteria is slower growing than other wisterias, but it needs a sturdy structure to grow upon. It is very difficult to remove after established due to substantial root system. 'Amethyst Falls' blooms on new wood, giving it a heavier late-spring bloom and a repeat summer bloom.
