Red mulberry is, for many, a childhood favorite-- this prolifically fruiting species produces delicious berries that can be eaten right off the branch or stored as preserves. Mulberries produce more than enough fruit for humans and wild birds to share, and their lobed leaves and full shape make them a great feature tree.
