Dense, round, purple-tinged leaves carpet the ground early in the season, with golden yellow flowers emerging in late spring. This excellent flowering groundcover quickly fills in bare spots when grown in moist sun, but spreads more slowly in dry or shady locations. Another great spring nectar source for wild bees and butterflies.
