Tall meadow rue, king of the meadow (Thalictrum polygamum)

Best planted in sunny, moist sites, tall meadow rue can reach heights of up to ten feet, though perhaps infrequently. With small fluffy flowers followed by white to pink fruits borne by the female plants, this species is an important pollen and nectar source for a variety of insects.
