Native to wetlands but now found sporadically throughout the moister of our planted landscapes, Atlantic white-cedar is known for its soft evergreen needle-like leaves and dusty-blue, round immature cones that dry and release seed at the end of the season. 'Andelye Conica' is a slow-growing, short-statured, conical cultivar unlikely to exceed 5 feet in about 10 years. Plant as a specimen in areas that will stay consistently moist.
