Campanula rotundifolia 'Olympica'

Olympica harebells

Harebells are rosette-forming, upright perennials with blue, bell-shaped blooms that emerge from June to September. These classics are a typical sight in cottage gardens, and grow best in full to partial sun with evenly moist soil, unthreatened by taller competitors. 'Olympica' is a slightly compact, larger-flowering cultivar derived from a wild population in the state of Washington. It's different from the native by its bloom quantity and deep blue hues. Dead-head or cut spent stems at the base to stimulate repeated flowering.
